All exposed edges are to be machine smoothed with an oil finish.
All aluminium components ie:- wall channel, corner posts and headrail are natural anodised clear finish.
Door hardware to be bolt through type with concealed front plates and anti vandal security fixings comprises three lift off spring safety hinges, indicator, bumper and one coat hook per door.
System Height - 2000mm above floor level to top of headrail with an overall depth of 1500mm – 1800mm nominal.
Frontal Panels to be 1805mm height, pedestal mounted to the floor with a 170mm high aluminium support on a black rubber base. Frontal Panels abutting walls to be screw fixed with anodised aluminium wall channel.
Division Panels to be 1650mm height with a floor clearance of 170mm, screw fixed to walls and rear of frontal panels in natural anodised aluminium channel.
Frontal and Side Panels to be overhead braced with round style natural aluminium headrail.
Doors to be 1650mm height with a floor clearance of 170mm
Toilet Compartments are to be installed rigidly, straight, plumb and level in accordance with the Manufacturer’s Installation Instructions.
