Endura Mounted Floor to Ceiling System Guide Specification

All toilet compartments shall be “Rynat Endura Series” Multipurpose Partitioning System.  Constructed of 13mm solid compact laminate panels and doors.  Colours shall be selected from the Endura compact laminate standard range of  colours. 

All shower compartments shall be “Rynat Endura Series” Multipurpose Partitioning System.  Constructed of 13mm solid compact laminate panels and doors.  Inclusive of bench seat with anti splash makeup panel installed where indicated on the drawings.  Colours shall be selected from the Endura compact laminate standard range of colours.

All exposed edges are to be machine smoothed with an oil finish.

All aluminium components ie:- wall channel, corner posts and headrail are natural anodised clear finish.

Door hardware to be bolt through type with concealed front plates and anti vandal security fixings comprises three lift off spring safety hinges, indicator, bumper and  one coat hook per door.  

Note:  Junior Cubicle Doors
Coat Hook is omitted and replaced with a rubber door bumper

System Height – Floor to Ceiling depth of 1500mm – 1800mm nominal.

Frontal Panels to be mounted ceiling / floor  with aluminium channelling, and snap in aluminium inserts.   Frontal Panels abutting walls to be screw fixed with anodised aluminium wall channel. 

Division Panels to be 1700mm height with a floor clearance of 170mm, screw fixed to walls and rear of frontal panels in natural anodised aluminium channel.

Doors to be 1700mm height with a floor clearance of 170mm.

Toilet Compartments are to be installed rigidly, straight, plumb and level in accordance with the Manufacturer’s  Installation Instructions.
